Secret Compass is an expedition and adventure company operating in the world’s most wild, remote and inaccessible places. After a website migration didn't deliver the desired uplift, I was approached to deliver SEO consultancy services to support the marketing team, before accepting a position as full-time Digital Media Manager. Personal achievements and highlights include: significant traffic and acquisition growth through ownership of search marketing, website conversion optimisation and UX, introduction of quarterly reporting with actionable insights for effective strategic planning, the delivery of brand new tailormade adventure service from early conception to live, press placements in Bloomberg, AFAR, Travel + Leisure and The Sunday Telegraph, and management of an annual adventure film festival complete with a panel of influential speakers.
